Antonio Francis is a native Washingtonian. the founder of Francis Development, LLC, a full service construction and development firm focusing on infill building.  He is also co-founder of Volt Energy a clean tech company with a focus on renewable energy development.

Prior to Mr. Francis entrepreneurial career, he was charged with Mid-Atlantic Sales and business development for Lung RX a start up subsidiary of United Therapeutics (UT).  UT was a leader in the pulmonary hypertension and at the time one of the nations fastest growing biotechnology companies.  Prior to joining UT, Mr. Francis began his career with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals where he successfully managed and grew approximately 180 accounts.

Mr. Francis earned his MA in Biotechnology with a concentration in business from Columbia University, and a BS in Biology from Howard University. Mr. Francis holds a builder’s and GC license in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
