Andru Prescod is Program Director, Energy at ManTech International and a Technical Advisor to the US Department of Energy and Defense.  He leads a group of scientists, engineers, and analysts who are technical advisors to the US government.  He has a background in quantum optics, non-imaging optics, RF photonics, specialty materials, and renewable energy.  Prior to ManTech, he worked at Corning Incorporated in a variety of engineering and market analysis roles.
